A deliciously healthy dessert with no refined sugar and no guilt.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Mango (frozen) (or 1 mango with skin and pit removed, then diced and frozen)
  • 1 Banana (frozen)
  • 8-9 Dark Cherries (pitted and frozen)
Optional
  • 1/8 Cup Nut Milk (or fresh juice or water)
  • 2 Dates (pits removed)
Instructions
  1. Put all your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately

Recipe Notes
  • Add nut milk for additional creaminess and fluid is need to get the blender blending.
  • Add the pitted dates if you would like a little more sweetness.
