Reading Good Energy
There’s been such a growing momentum, it seems, with more and more people waking up to real, holistic (whole) health and wanting to make changes!
Of course, I’m excited about it! I already nerd out a bit on all things health and am elated whenever someone takes even a single step towards a healthier future.
Then up pops a Tucker Carlson interview with Dr Casey Means and her brother, Calley, with both sharing their experiences along with their realizations of the chasm between our current medical and food industries and health. I decided to grab their book and began reading GOOD ENERGY.
Here are links to the initial Tucker interview I watched with both Calley and Casey Means that led me to an earlier Tucker interview with Calley Means and the purchase of what is turning out to be a great book, Good Energy. Here are links to each of these interviews:

Casey and Calley Means were also part of the American Health and Nutrition: A Second Opinion Symposium that was sponsored by Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin to provide Americans with access to whole health information from a panel of experts regarding our current, compromised health and food industries.
A Little About the Means
Casey Means is an Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon that realized something was not adding up, began to consider symptoms and more outside the protocols established within the current medical industry, and decided to leave her residency to research and expand her training into functional medicine and addressing the root cause of disease. You’ll find her online at www.caseymeans.com.
Casey’s brother, Calley, comes from the food industry, and shares information about compromise in the food and pharmaceutical industries. He now is involved with Truemed, a company that helps Americans “purchase healthy food and exercise tax-free”.
Reading Good Energy
I’m just beginning to read Good Energy, but I’m thinking it will be a good resource with lots of helpful information, particularly if you’re just beginning to make healthy changes in your diet and lifestyle.
While I don’t think it would be appropriate for me to read and record the entire book, I am planning to do the first few chapters. You can click on the image below to go directly to the 1st video, which covers the Introduction, but I’m also dropping links to the remaining recordings right after that as they’re done.
