  • 4 Medium sized Sweet potatoes Peeled, diced or sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil Unrefined
  • 2 Teaspoons Cardamom Ground
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Ground
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Optional
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Spread your coconut oil in your dish. 

  3. Peel, wash, and dice your sweet potatoes, and place in the dish.

  4. Add other ingredients, and mix well to evenly distribute seasoning and coconut oil. Once mixed, level out your potatoes within the dish.

  5. Place in the oven to bake.

  6. Remove from the oven when you can easily cut through the potatoes.

  7. Drizzle with a bit of honey and serve.
