An easy and filling recipe to enjoy as a snack or a meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado (Quartered, peeled, and pitted)
  • 1 Can/box Garbanzo Beans (14 oz. can or box, drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro (Preferably fresh)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (Preferably fresh squeezed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini (optional)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Onions (Optional)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Water (Optional-if needed for a moister consistency)
  • Salt and Pepper (Optional, to taste)
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve with your favorite additions such as carrots, celery, red/green pepper slice, crackers, or spread on a wrap with other ingredients for a flavorful snack or meal..
